  I gave two stars only because the first time I took my dogs there I was satisfied with the grooming they received. I have been back twice since and have been less then happy. Last time there were a few issues but I felt I needed to give them an other chance, after all I'm sure working with animals is not always easy. I booked an appointment for December 17th (back in August). A few weeks ago I called to confirm my booking and was told that I didn't have an appointment! That should have been the last straw but I consider myself a fair person so I took the appointment that was offered to me for December 9th. My daughter picked them up from their appointment as I was still at work but when I got home I was less then pleased with the results. I called the store and instead of being heard I was given a bunch of excuses and told that the work was good. My one dogs ears were shaved when normally the hair is left long, he looks ridiculous ! My other dog has long spots and short spots all over his body and his ears are so crooked I could have done a better job with a dull pair of scissors. And if that was not enough, when my daughter came to pick the dogs up, my one little guy was excited to see her he jumped out of the open cage, the groomer had his leash and pulled up on it. If my dog didn't have a break away collar she would have hung him! I will not be back!

  Went in there to inquire about "raw hide" bones for dogs. They are made out of rice paper and not actual raw hide. And while I was asking the ladies working there, they were looking & talking to me in an incredibly disrespectful way simply because they didn't know what I was talking about. No suggestions or anything, absolutely brutal. Telling me "Why would they sell Raw Hide when its bad for dogs"... Will not be going back.
